Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Plan and implement short-and long range sales, marketing and product development programs targeted towards existing and new markets.
Set up distribution network for the whole of Indonesia’s traditional trade channels (i.e. appoint distributors ideally with existing network of sub-distributors and retailers) and sign up modern trade accounts.
Set up and lead sales and marketing organization in Indonesia, including developing and managing sales/marketing operating budgets.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends; ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities; establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Prepare marketing activity reports and present to executive management; prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Reviews and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

Persyaratan:
Good Interpersonal/communication skills
Good personal value, customer oriented,  humble, smart, fast learner and self motivated
Graduate degree in marketing or related field
Should be prioritised who have some experience in the field of powertools & material equipment
Have at least 1 or 2 years of the same position
Reputation for excellence and high quality service to customers
Strong interpersonal, analytical, writing and research skills
Remain calm and work well under demanding conditions
Effective problem solver; thorough researcher
Well organized and focused in coordinating sales
sharp, quick learner; willing to get feedback
Willing to join in the company for long term period
Computer literate in Ms word, excell, acces and power point
Have SIM A
