Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Updating the status of land in each site
Conducting negotiations with landlords and the surrounding community, with respect to the extension of the PKS (perjanjian kerja sama) and also demand compensation from the site that has built up in the region
Managing and documenting the IMB and PBB data in every site that is in the area of responsibility
Coordinating with local authorities, with respect to any extension of the PBB building permit and site
Provide updated reports related to the problems faced in the site
Persyaratan:
Minimum S1any major(preferably from legal)
Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
Having knowledge in BTS tower
Having strong communication and negotiation skill
Willing to be placed around the working area of Tower Bersama Group (Jabodetabek & Jatim Area)
